Project description:

- rehabilitation of 88 km of Vose-Khovaling road,

- asphalting of the second layer of Sairon-Karamik road section (89 km),

- repair of 30 km of local roads,

- road maintenance based on quality indicators (177 km),

- ensuring of safety traffic (provision of electricity to settlements and villages located  along the project road ).

REHABILITATION OF VOSE-KHOVALING ROAD (88 KM)   

Beginning of the project:      January 2014

Completion of the project:    jule 2017

Consultant: “SMEC International” (Australia)

Contractor: “Sinohydro Corporation” (China)

Number of staff:  total – 125persons

                           local – 95 persons (76%)

                           foreigners – 30 persons (24%)     

Number of equipment – 80items.

19.07.2017 was conducted preliminary acceptance of the road Vose-Khovaling from the working Committee. Working Commission,s certificate of acceptance at the stage of agreement.

Component “Repair of 30 km of local roads”.

November 16, 2016 – signing of the contract with “Arkoni sokhibkor”, Ltd. Works are ongoing now.

Component “Road maintenance based on quality indicators (177 km)”.          

Realization of this component is envisaged in 2016-2018. Tender documents for implementation of this component are already prepared by the Consultant.

Component “Ensuring of safety traffic (provision of electricity to settlements and villages located  along the project road ).

November 30, 2016 – signing of the Contract with ‘Nuri-2010”, Ltd for implementation of this component.

ASPHALTING OF THE SECOND LAYER OF SAIRON-KARAMIK ROAD SECTION (89 KM)
